Our Basil Blossom is amazingly aromatic with strong flavors of mint and basil. Its sprigs of dark purple basil flowers make it perfect for enhancing the look and taste of any cocktail. Basil Blossom is also perfect for a variety of dishes including Italian dishes, heirloom tomato salads and desserts. You can lay them flat or stand them tall for a uniquely beautiful presentation!

Ingredients
- Basil Blossoms
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Lillet Blanc
- Butterfly Pea Powder
- 2 oz Prosecco
- Soda Water
Method

Add vodka, lemon juice, Lillet Blanc, a tiny pinch of Butterfly pea powder, and 1 Basil Blossom to a shaker tin then fill with ice.

Shake thoroughly until well chilled and basil blossom has broken down.

Strain into a wine glass and top with prosecco.

Fill rest of the way with ice and then a splash of soda water.

Using a bar spoon, mix gently to combine.

Finish by resting a Basil Blossom on the edge of the glass and serve.
