Certified to the Highest Standards
Food safety is top of mind throughout every department of our farm. Fresh OriginsĀ® is proud to be third-party certified through the PrimusGFS Audit Standard, one of the most rigorous certifications recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). We are the only microgreens grower that is a signatory of the California Leafy Green Marketing Agreement (LGMA), which upholds some of the most stringent agricultural food safety specifications in the nation.
To maintain these certifications, our farm undergoes multiple audits every year, conducted by USDA-trained inspectors, accredited auditors, and even major restaurant companies. These independent reviews ensure that we meet or exceed industry expectations for cleanliness, sanitation, and traceability.
Our Mini HerbĀ®, FlowerĀ®, and Fruit CrystalsĀ® are also certified Kosher, adding another layer of assurance for our foodservice and retail customers.
