Orchid Fairy Mix™

Orchid Fairy Mix™ features small multi-petaled flowers in pastel hues with a mild tart flavor. Crunchy & juicy, great addition to salads and adds a splash of color to your drinks.

Ingredients

  • Orchid Fairy Mix™
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup*

 

*Raspberry Syrup

  • 100 g Fresh Raspberries
  • 50 g Boiling Water
  • 50 g sugar
    • Combine ingredients into a blender, blend on high for 1 minute (make sure
      to vent the top, so the hot water doesn’t make it explode!), and fine strain
      with a mesh strainer.

 

Method

  1. Shake with ice, strain into a flute or coupe glass, and top with prosecco or
    sparkling wine of your choice
