Flower Girl Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Viñas de Oro Pisco Torontel
  • 1/2 oz Aperol 
  • 1 oz Blood Orange Juice
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice 
  • 1/2 oz Grapefruit Elderflower Barmalad 
  • 2 oz Dry Sparkling Wine 

Rim: 

  • Raspberry RimLicks 

Garnish: 

  • Mum Flower

Method: 

Combine all ingredients, except the champagne, in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill and dilute. Double strain into a cocktail coupe. Top with champagne.Â
