Golden Orchard

Ingredients

  • Alyssum Flower
  • Mini Herb Crystals® Ginger
  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Perfect Purée Pear
  • 3/4 oz Lemon
  • 3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
  • Soda Water

Method

  1. Add gin, Perfect Puree Pear, lemon and ginger syrup to a shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake thoroughly for 5 to 10 seconds or until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass. Top with soda water and use a bar spoon to gently stir to combine.
  4. Top with ice and Alyssum Flower to serve.
