Hibiscus Heartbreaker
Ingredients
- Jasmine Flower
- Mini Flower Crystals® Hibiscus
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Mango Nectar
- 0.75 oz Hibiscus Syrup
- 0.75 oz Lime
- Egg White
Method

Prepare a chilled coupe glass by rimming half the glass with Mini Flower Crystals Hibiscus.

Add tequila, mango nectar, hibiscus syrup and lime to a shaker.

Add ice and shake vigorously, until well chilled.

Discard the ice and ass the egg white to the shaker tin.

Shake again for at least 15 seconds.

Strain into your prepared coupe glass and top with Jasmine Flowers.
