1 oz Greek Yogurt

1 oz Pomegranate
-
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

1 barspoon Raspberry Jam
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, then add pebble ice.

Shake vigorously until combined and well-chilled. Be sure to shake for at least 15 seconds to ensure yogurt and jam are incorporated.

Pour contents into a Collins glass and fill the rest of the way with additional pebble ice.

Spear Fresh Origins® Edible Flower Hibiscus with a cocktail pick and rest in gently on the rim of the glass.
