Hibiscus Flower

Hibiscus Flower

Edible Flowers Hibiscus Flower has a stunning collection of colors and adds a bold touch to cuisines and beverages. They have mild but neutral flavors, and the petals can be separated, adding visual appeal and sophistication to the dish. They are a great addition to salads and tropical dishes.

Pom Paradise

Ingredients

  • Hibiscus Flower™
  • 1 oz Greek Yogurt
  • 1 oz Pomegranate
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 barspoon Raspberry Jam

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, then add pebble ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until combined and well-chilled. Be sure to shake for at least 15 seconds to ensure yogurt and jam are incorporated.
  3. Pour contents into a Collins glass and fill the rest of the way with additional pebble ice.
  4. Spear Fresh Origins® Edible Flower Hibiscus with a cocktail pick and rest in gently on the rim of the glass.
