Herb Flower Mix
Herb Flower Mix is an elegantly beautiful blend of herb flowers, including Basils, Lavender, Mints, Sages, and more, with ingredients varying by seasonal availability. This mix is extremely flavorful and fragrant, making it an amazing topper for meat dishes, desserts, and cocktails, adding both visual appeal and aromatic depth to your creations.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Botanist gin

0.75 oz rosemary ginger syrup*

0.75 oz lime juice

Soda water
-
Angostura bitters
*Rosemary Ginger Syrup

1 qt water
-
1 qt sugar
-
5 Fresh Origins Rosemary Blossoms (Can substitute for regular rosemary sprigs)

2 inch knob of ginger, grated

Method: Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Add Rosemary Blossoms and ginger with the sugar and water mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool before straining. Strain and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add gin, rosemary ginger syrup, and lime juice to glass. Use a bar spoon to mix gently so everything is combined.

Top with a small splash of soda water and fill with pebble ice.

Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters to the top, not mixing.

Gather a variety of Herb Flowers from the Herb Flower Mix and add to the glass, sticking up vertically.
