Spicy but Nice

Tiny Veggies™ Pepper

Tiny Veggies™ Pepper

Tiny Veggies™ Pepper features vibrant colors of red, orange, and yellow, with long, skinny peppers about 2 inches in length. They have a non-spicy sweet bell pepper flavor. Quickly blanch or sauté them to bring out their juices, and use them to create a colorful and tasty side dish that adds both flavor and visual appeal to your meals.

Spicy but Nice

Ingredients

  • Tiny Veggies™ Pepper
  • 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Chile De Arbol + Strawberry Syrup*

*Chile De Arbol + Strawberry Syrup

  •  100 g Fresh Raspberries
  • 75 g Boiling Water
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 3 Dried Chile De Arbol Peppers
    • Method: Combine ingredients into a blender, blend on high for 1 minute (make sure
to vent the top, so the hot water doesn’t make it explode!), and fine strain
      with a mesh strainer

Method

  1. Shake with ice and strain over large ice cube in a rocks glass.
