Tiny Veggies™ Pepper
Tiny Veggies™ Pepper features vibrant colors of red, orange, and yellow, with long, skinny peppers about 2 inches in length. They have a non-spicy sweet bell pepper flavor. Quickly blanch or sauté them to bring out their juices, and use them to create a colorful and tasty side dish that adds both flavor and visual appeal to your meals.

0.5 oz Aperol

0.75 oz Lemon Juice

0.75 oz Chile De Arbol + Strawberry Syrup*

100 g Fresh Raspberries

75 g Boiling Water

75 g Sugar

3 Dried Chile De Arbol Peppers

Method: Combine ingredients into a blender, blend on high for 1 minute (make sure
to vent the top, so the hot water doesn’t make it explode!), and fine strain
with a mesh strainer
