True Love Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 oz Gin 
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice 
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 3 Slices cucumber 
  • 3 Sprigs Micro Mint
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 1/2 Barspoon passion fruit juice powder
  • 1/2 barspoon egg white [owder 
  • “Rose Bud” cocktail perfume

Garnish:

  • Cucumber
  • Micro Mint
  • Edible Flowers Dapper Daisy™ Mix

Method: 

In a cocktail shaker middle cucumber and mint with a pinch of salt. Add gin, lime and simple. 

Sift in egg white and passion fruit juice powder. 

Dry shake. Add ice and shake vigorously. 

Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a mist of Rose cocktail perfume. Garnish.
